Non so cosa sia meglio. Il Castello che ospita il ristorante è stato restaurato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Si compone di varie stanze molto accoglienti. Sembra di entrare in una fiaba con i lampadari di cristalli e il giardino interno con la fontana. La gentilezza e le premure del personale di sala sono davvero uniche. Simpatia e professionalità davvero ineguagliabili. Si sono ricordate di noi con un gesto davvero gentile, nonostante fosse solo la seconda volta che mangiavamo lì. Mangiare… beh, mangiare è un’esperienza unica! La tradizione piemontese è sapientemente rivisitata da uno chef davvero bravo. Ogni piatto diventa un’esperienza stupenda. A fare la differenza sono i prodotti di prima qualità.

Posto molto bello, ben tenuto e curato, servizio cordiale, camera spaziosa e pulita. Vino buono, non eccezionale. Ristorante con piatti che rivisitano la tradizione piemontese alcuni non all'altezza del costo. Tornerei sicuramente, forse non al ristorante.

È un luogo magico e bellissimo affacciato sul balcone naturale delle colline del monferrato. Al suo interno anche il museo Arte e Vino e un negozio interno di prodotti tipici locali. Non ho soggiornato ma ho sperimentato una magica serata con cibo e vini di altissima qualità con i piatti dello chef Emanuele Monzeglio (straordinario direi) e i vini della casa. Serata memorabile in occasione di un press-tour nel Monferrato. Complimenti!

Confermo, non è la mia prima visita in questo borgo antico del Monferrato, che se desiderate una serata dedicata al fresco e all’ottimo cibo, questo è un rifugio dal caldo di questa torrida estate. Lo chef si esprime al meglio sia con piatti creativi che in rivisitazioni rielaborate in meglio della cucina tipica monferrina‼️ La location veramente top 🔝 vini all’altezza della location‼️

This is such a beautiful place! The service is great and the room we stayed in (junior suite) was spacious and just as beautiful and breathtaking as the rest of the castle. The kids cried bitter tears when we left and insisted we come back asap! Mille grazie per tutto e sperò che ci vediamo l'anno dopo!

Posto favoloso, ideale per rilassarsi immersi nella natura, anche nella bellissima piscina fra le vigne. Servizio top, personale tutto gentilissimo e si mangia anche molto bene Consigliatissimo

Bonjour, C'est la 3 ou 4eme fois que nous allons dans cet hôtel. Nous avons toujours été bien accueillis, et enchanté de nos séjours. Lieu calme, confortable, avec une très bonne table et d'excellents vins. Les hôtes, et leur personnel sont prevenants et charmants. Silvana et Frédéric.

Siamo stati una domenica pomeriggio in questo bellissimo castello. Abbiamo visitato il museo in autonomia ma con le spiegazioni a nostra disposizione, dopodiché siamo stati guidati in una degustazione di 6 calici a testa più l'olio d'oliva di produzione propria. Super professionale e gentile la sommelier che ci ha accompagnato alla scoperta vini. Consigliamo assolutamente la visita con degustazione al Castello di Razzano !

This place is fantastic. We (family of 4) stayed in the Razzano property for 3 nights. Everything was beyond our expectations. Starting from the clean and spacious apartment that had a living room, 2 bed rooms, 2 baths and a kitchenette. It was cleaned daily and was very well maintained. The surroundings are breath taking, quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is reasonably sized and clean with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The team was very kind, helpful and invested in our satisfaction. Breakfast was fresh, included pastries, eggs, meats and cheese. 100% recommended.

Location molto bella e curata. Camere spaziose e vista ottima. Avevamo grandi aspettative sul ristorante dato i prezzi , ma purtroppo è stata una delusione. Abbiamo preso il menù tradizione e su 4 portate solo 1 è stata di mio gradimento. Inoltre ci è stato detto che si poteva arrivare al ristorante fino alla 21, ma non è stato possibile mangiare con calma perché neanche il tempo di finire una portata che avevamo al tavolo quella dopo. La parte dolce della colazione presentava per lo più prodotti confezionati e per avere una spremuta si doveva pagare extra. La degustazione dei vini ottima, anche se il tagliere era piccolo per una degustazione di 6 vini. Ci si aspettava poi avendo soggiornato, cenato e fatto la degustazione lì, che ci fosse un piccolo sconto sull'acquisto dei vini, invece così non è stato. Abbiamo capito perché le macchine nel parcheggio avessero tutte targhe estere.

Il posto è incantevole, quando varcate l'accesso si apre un piccolo scrigno di bellezza incantevole, molto curato nei particolari. Si percepisce nell'aria la lunga storia vissuta del posto. Ambiente confortevole e rilassante adatto per passare qualche ora in assoluta rilassatezza. Molto curato, il museo del.vino sia nel percorso che negli oggetti esposti, puntuali ed efficaci. Particolare anche l'ambiente della cantina, studiato appositamente per creare un percorso emozionale, con effetti sonori e luci particolari, che regalano al visitatore un ambiente unico. Servizio impeccabile, professionale e attento. Qualche velatura sulla cucina, che a volte non appaga a pieno le aspettative. Vasta scelta di vini, prodotti in azienda da abbinare ad una serata indimenticabile.

Posto bellissimo! Ottimo picnic: insalata russa, insalata di riso, salame, formaggi… e una bottiglia di vino ogni 2 persone (oltre l’acqua). I giardini sono curati e si affacciano su un panorama stupendo di colline e vigne. Visita al museo del vino e alla cantina molto interessanti.

Wij zijn totaal niet van recensies schrijven maar deze locatie verdient een recensie. We kwamen in de middag aan en hadden nog niet geluncht. En alhoewel zij geen lunch verzorgen, werd voor ons toch een heerlijke borrelplank gemaakt. De receptioniste, Lisa, verdient een dikke pluim. Samengevat: een prachtige locatie, fantastische service en één en al vriendelijkheid en dienstbaarheid. Met een erg goed restaurant en eigen wijnproductie in de heuvels van Piëmonte. We zullen vanaf heden regelmatig deze locatie bezoeken. Een absolute aanrader.

Cel.lebrom il giorno dei re affidato ai Catell de Razzano. Speriamo di ritornare... Buon 2024!! È il luogo ideale per trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla. La camera spaziosa, i servizi puliti e corretti. L'ambiente è molto gradevole con piscina e parcheggio. Colazione e cena di qualità con un servizio cordiale e attento. Il castello ha un museo del vino molto interessante e il vino che producono è molto interessante. L'esperienza è stata molto positiva e consigliata.

I've had my fill of this place altogether this is my fourth attempt to post my review they keep deleting it somehow. the property is a complete joke it is horrible avoid this place at all costs these are the most rude ignorant people you'll ever meeting your life all they want to do is take your money and provide zero service when we arrived at 30 minutes for someone to come to reception to help us and that's when a man and a young girl showed up with the man yelling at the girl that she's not supposed to leave reception didn't she see us she was nothing but rude ignorant and sarcastic with us we went to our room which is very nice however there's no hot water there was not in the evening none at night none in the morning the bed is garbage you'll sink about five inches into the mattress you can't move roll over or anything I ended up sleeping on the floor we had booked a tour and a wine tasting when we went to go get our tour the same girl handed us a piece of paper pulled us to walk through that door follow it around to the gift shop go above the gift shop where she will give us our wine tasting there was no tour she showed up to give us a wine tasting 20 minutes later while we waited and waited and waited she handed us another piece of paper and told us the color of the wine and the year of it exactly what was wrote on the piece of paper she told us nothing about it even when we tried to ask questions about it she got upset and didn't have a clue what she was talking about she was angry and clearly did not want to be there everybody there looks the same they're clearly a family so nobody will ever get fired from there and the only place they can get a job is with their Grandpa after the wine tasting all she did was try to push us into the gift shop to buy stuff even when we ask questions we were snapped at we went for dinner we were next to the owner who was entertaining friends and a couple who stunk so bad of smoke you wanted to vomit they would get up and go smoke after every couple sips of wine or after a course of their meal and come back in smelling even worse it was impossible to try to enjoy anything with that smell being so horrible their menu was exactly the same as the two places we ate the two previous nights there was no difference in the menu they copy each other's menu the only difference was here everything was more expensive the food was nowhere near as good and the portions are much smaller I personally did not even get the wine that I ordered with my meal as I said they just want your money they tried getting us out the door before we were even done chewing our food it was the most insane thing I've ever seen we went down for breakfast in this morning everything was empty except some dried out bread and they would not put anything out for us and again truck getting us out as fast as they possibly could we had no hot water again in the morning so we went to go check out the man asked how things were and we told him the honest truth all he did was get mad races voice a little get extremely sarcastic with us and blame us for everything including the fact that there's no hot water three times when we tried or how we didn't even get the wine with our food or my food the owner came in halfway through our conversation and just stood there and stared as I said there clearly all family and they can't get a job anywhere else so none of them will ever get fired they just assumed we were nobody's if they had any idea who we were or what we did for a living everything about their opinion of us I'm sure would have changed I don't usually leave reviews especially to big negative ones but this one needed to be done everyone needs to avoid this place at all costs we learn nothing it was a waste of time and a waste of money there are way better places to go than this place

Castello storico completamente ristrutturato con albergo e ristorante annessi con ottimi vinipropri. Ristorante veramente ottimo ha ospitato una serata Lions Club Valcerrina.
